How To Prepare Jollof Rice With Chicken/Goat Meat.

I don't even know where to begin.....Jollof rice is something I can eat everyday or anytime of the day.




Things to blend

  • 4 piece of blended tomatoes

  • 2 bell pepper

  • 1/2 onion

  • 2 scotch bonnet

How To Make Chicken/ Goat Meat ( 5 chicken & 5 goat)

  • 1 teaspoon of curry

  • 1 teaspoon of thyme

  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper

  • 4 Cups of water

  • Salt

  • 1-2 seasoning cube

  • Any spices of your choice

  • Remove chicken/goat if soft till your satisfaction

  • You can fry (your choice)

Things to fry

  • 1/2 vegetable oil

  • 1 sliced onion

  • 1 tomato paste

  • Add things to blend

  • 3 seasonal cube

  • 2 tablespoon of salt

  • 2 tablespoon of thyme

  • 1 tablespoon of curry

  • 2 bay leaves

To Prepare

  • Parboil your 5 cups rice

  • Boil your chicken/beef in a separate pot

  • Fry your chicken/beef but keep the stock in a bowl or leave in the same pot it was boiled

  • Go according with the above THINGS TO FRY

  • Add chicken/beef stock

  • Add water (if the stock is not enough)

  • Wait for the stock/water to boil

  • Add your parboiled rice

  • Stir your pot and wait for the water to dry & rice is soft & suitable to eat

Ps; you can add or subtract spices to keep your taste bud excited.
