
How To Prepare Jollof Rice W/ Chicken or Goat Meat.
Things to blend
4 piece of blended tomatoes
2 bell pepper
1/2 onion
2 scotch bonnet
How To Make Chicken/ Goat Meat ( 5 chicken & 5 goat)
1 teaspoon of curry
1 teaspoon of thyme
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
4 Cups of water
Salt
1-2 seasoning cube
Any spices of your choice
Remove chicken/goat if soft till your satisfaction
You can fry (your choice)
Things to fry
1/2 vegetable oil
1 sliced onion
1 tomato paste
Add things to blend
3 seasonal cube
2 tablespoon of salt
2 tablespoon of thyme
1 tablespoon of curry
2 bay leaves
To Prepare
Parboil your 5 cups rice
Boil your chicken/beef in a separate pot
Fry your chicken/beef but keep the stock in a bowl or leave in the same pot it was boiled
Go according with the above THINGS TO FRY
Add chicken/beef stock
Add water (if the stock is not enough)
Wait for the stock/water to boil
Add your parboiled rice
Stir your pot and wait for the water to dry & rice is soft & suitable to eat
Ps; you can add or subtract spices to keep your taste bud excited.
