Food is the ingredient that binds us together.

Hello, my name is Princess Aligbe. I am here to create more food lovers. I will be sharing my receipes and personal stories with you. Welcome to Princess Cuisine, welcome to the home of Nigeria and Cameroon delicacies.

Princess Cuisine is here to promote both countries food. There are similarities with both food but different names, for example: fried plantain & chicken sauce - Nigeria, called DG in Cameroon. Based on my knowledge, Nigerians like preparing food with the pepper mixed in it, while Cameroonians prefer to boil their pepper separately. Our food is rich, colourful, spicy, simple & bold with so much love.

Honestly, I've never been so passionate about writing but here I am! I got a job working from home and after much persuasion from my husband as I got so much time and been bored most days, I can cook, take pictures and write out my recipes. This is how Princess Cuisine Blog was born.

Our social accounts are @princesscuisine_ on Instagram & Facebook. Checkout our food diary for exciting food inspirations.

I am open to food ideas and constructive criticism because I bruise easily🙈. Let's start interacting 😁
